Settlement among Aqa ʻAli Naqi's inheritors, 1869
Aqa Muhammad (son of Haj Habib Allah), on behalf of his brother (Aqa ʻAli Naqi)'s inheritors, who are his wives and children, settles a house and its surrounding garden for 130 tumans to Karbala'i Imam Quli (son of Haj ʻAli) on 12 November 1869. Because Aqa ʻAli Naqi's two underage children, Jaʻfar and Kuchak Khanum, have rights in this settlement, it was agreed to keep their shares from part of the garden bought by Aqa Muhammad Salih. On the margin of the document, there are notes for the condition in which one of ʻAli Naqi's wives will not sign the settlement.

The document reads, in part: "It is stated that Khanum Buzurg, the daughter of the deceased Muhammad ʻAli Khan [from] Dawdangah and the wife of Sayyid Muhammad (son of the deceased Sayyid Jaʻfar Razavi), has passed away. Her inheritors are two daughters and a son. She had inherited belongings (cows, sheep, and some properties) from her father. Now that the guardian of these children is their father, Sayyid Muhammad, the property inherited by the children should be given to him. Settlement concerning Mirza Muhammad Sadiq's house boundries and the shares of Shaykh Abu Turab's inheritors, 1856
Demarcating the house of Mirza Muhammad Sadiq [possibly the cousin of Shaykh Abu Turab], determining the shares [of his brothers and cousins] and the shares of the inheritors of the late Shaykh Abu Turab. Shaykh Muhammad Husayn, Shaykh Muhammad Hashim, and Shaykh Zayn al-‘Abidin [Shaykh Abu Turab's brothers], as the guardians of the underage children; Shaykh Yahya on behalf of the adult children; and ‘Abd al-Riza on behalf of Shaykh Abu Turab's wife [‘Izzat Nisa’ Baygum], the daughter of Haj Mir Mu’min, settled on these divisions.

Settlement of inherited properties, 1868 and 1885
The mother of Aqa Lutf‘ali, daughter of Haji Muhammad Andani, was his inheritor and when she died, her sister Jan Jan Khanum, daughter of Haji Muhammad and wife of Karbalayi Abu Talib, became the inheritor. Division of ‘Abd al-‘Ali Khan's inheritance, 1892
‘Abd al-‘Ali Khan's inheritance, has, under the supervision of Mulla Riza, been divided among the following: Muhammad (his father), Fatimah Baygum (his mother), his underage daughter (Haji Khan Yavar as her guardian), and his sister; the share and mahr of his wife, Gawhar Taj Khanum (Baba Khan's daughter), has also been distributed to her.

Shuhrah Banu's claim and settlement regarding her mahr, 1879
After the death of Mulla ‘Abd al-‘Ali, the son of Mulla Ahmad ‘Uryandibi [Ayrandibi], his two wives received their shares, but one of them, Shuhrah Banu, the daughter of Mashhadi Murad ‘Ali, has claimed that she has not received her mahr. Since ‘Abd al-‘Ali has not left a will to clarify whether he owed Shuhrah Banu her mahr or not, the matter was settled with five tumans and five thousand dinars.

Two letters, 1890
On one side: a letter dated March 16, 1890 discusses sending ivory from Kurdistan and mentions that the writer has refrained from speaking to the servants of the lady; on the other side: concerning the objections of the mother and grandmother of the underage Fath‘ali, the writer discusses the late Mirza Ishaq Khan's will and states that the executor and the guardian of the underage child have been assigned. It determines the shares of his wife and sons after deducting his debts. There is no room for complaints from his mother and grandmother.

Dividing the inheritance of Sa‘id al-Mulk's daughters, 1874
Sa‘id al-Mulk's landed properties are divided among his three daughters, who have inherited them. Husaynquli Khan and Mirza Salih Khan represent their wives (Sa‘id al-Mulk's daughters) and Shahzadah Khanum represents Nusrat al-Dawlah, who is the guardian of the underage Zinat Taj Khanum. The document lists the properties and shares of each party; part of the shared property remained undivided for everyone's benefit.

Mirza Riza Khan’s deposition, 1895
Mirza Riza Khan (colonel), son of Maryam Khanum (‘Aziz al-Hajiyah) and Mirza ‘Abd Allah Khan Mustawfi, states that he has received all his share of inheritance and has no claims on his paternal inheritance from his mother, who was the executor of the will.
